Cartridge filters
The R-D pulse-jet dust collector meets the needs of industrial dust collection applications that have low air volume and require small, compact filter sizes. It is engineered to give years of efficient service and minimum downtime in continuous duty dust collection applications. It is a completely packaged air filtration system that allows recirculation of cleaned air.
Ducting Design
Deficiencies in duct design can result in systems that operate incorrectly or are expensive to own and operate. Robust Design specialises in designing industrial, commercial and residential air duct systems. In the duct designs, a number of factors are considered which include (1) space availability, (2) noise levels, (3) duct leakage (4) balancing, and (5) system operating cost. Two methods are employed to optimise and verify the ducts sizing, the equal friction method and the static regain method. .
Ducting Design
R-D supplies customised damper designs for use in conventional air handling systems to control airflow in ducts. The seals are designed for tight closing and low leakage.
Expansion Bellows
R-D expansion bellows are designed to absorb axial & small amount of lateral & angular movements of the piping system in which they are installed. They compensate thermal movement (expansion with increasing temperature and contraction with decreasing temperature) in piping systems.
